SIM RACING VENUE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Run your whole sim-racing
centre from one screen.

RaceControl is sim racing venue management software for centres running many rigs. Launch sessions, sync content, run dedicated servers, check in walk-in customers and save race results across the whole floor — self-hosted, over your own LAN.

What "venue management" means for a sim-racing centre

A sim-racing centre is not one PC — it is a floor of simulators, a queue of walk-in customers, a content library that has to match across every rig, and a pile of results nobody has time to collect by hand. Traditional venue management software (VMS) was built for gyms, arcades and escape rooms; it books time and takes payment, but it has no idea what a rig is running or which cars are installed on it.

RaceControl is built specifically for the sim-racing use case: it treats your simulators as a fleet and gives one operator control of the whole thing from a phone, tablet or laptop on the local network.

One Host, every rig, no wiring

One PC runs the Host dashboard. Every simulator runs a lightweight agent. You open the dashboard in a browser on the LAN and push a car and track to all rigs in one tap — no walking machine to machine, no remote-desktop juggling.

What it handles across the floor

Assetto Corsa and Richard Burns Rally

RaceControl has dedicated launch, server and results handling for both Assetto Corsa and Richard Burns Rally — the two sims most sim centres actually run on the floor. See the full breakdown on the features page.

LAN-first and self-hosted

Everything runs on your own network. Customer data lives on your Host PC — there is no third-party cloud in the middle. You only need the internet for things that are inherently online, like joining public AC servers or pulling an update.

Sim centre software vs. running it manually

If you are still starting each session by walking to the machine and copying content by hand, see how that compares to fleet control: RaceControl vs. running a centre manually →
