ABOUT

Software for simcenters,
created by simracers.

RaceControl is built for the people running the floor of a sim-racing centre — where a dozen rigs, a queue of walk-in customers and a busy race night all have to just work.

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for centres, not living rooms

If you run more than one paid rig on a local network, RaceControl is for you.

Sim-racing centres & arcades

Run every bay as a fleet during paid sessions, from one screen at the desk.

Esports & event venues

Push the same car and track to every rig, run servers, and pull results for the scoreboard.

Operators, not IT teams

LAN-first and self-hosted — no cloud account, your customer data stays on your own network.

Michał Grzywacz

Founder & Developer · RaceControl

Michał is a simracer, MotoGymkhana rider and creator of RaceControl — a system built for simracing venues, events and multi-rig environments.

His experience comes from years of direct involvement in simracing communities and venue operations. Between 2020 and 2024, he ran SOL — Ścigałka Online League — organizing online racing, managing drivers, race formats, results and the day-to-day flow of competitive simracing.

Michał was also co-owner of SimRacingDream, a professional simracing venue built around high-end racing simulators and real customer experiences. The venue operated multiple simulator stations, including motion rigs and static racing setups, and hosted individual sessions, group bookings, birthdays, corporate events and organized racing activities.

Since May 2026, Michał has continued his involvement with SimRacingDream as CTO, focusing on the technical and operational side of the venue: improving how simulator stations are managed, how sessions are launched, how content is controlled, and how race results are handled.

Michał is active in MotoGymkhana, where precision, control and repeatable execution matter just as much as speed. That same mindset carries into RaceControl — a tool built not only to look good, but to solve real problems for people running racing sessions under pressure.

RaceControl was created from practical experience with simracing operations: launching games, managing multiple racing PCs, controlling Assetto Corsa, supporting Richard Burns Rally, keeping content and settings under control, checking customers in, and making sure race results are saved properly.

The goal is simple: give simracing venues and event organizers one central system to control the whole fleet, reduce manual work, and make race operations smoother, cleaner and more professional.

FAQ

Common questions

What do I need to run it?

One PC to act as the Host (runs the dashboard), a small agent app on each simulator, and a local network connecting them. You control everything from a browser on any phone, tablet or laptop on that network.

Which sims does it support?

Assetto Corsa and Richard Burns Rally, with dedicated launch, server and results handling for each.

Does it need the internet?

No. RaceControl is LAN-first — it runs entirely on your local network. You only need the internet for things that are inherently online, like joining public AC servers or pushing an update.

Where does customer data live?

On your own Host PC. The kiosk collects check-in details with Terms and GDPR/RODO consent, and that data stays local — there's no third-party cloud in the middle.

Can it manage many rigs at once?

Yes — that's the whole point. Launch a car and track to every rig in one tap, run bulk actions across the fleet, and see each rig's status and health from one screen.

How do I get it?

Email us with your venue and how many rigs you run, and we'll set up a demo and walk you through it.

One screen to control them all.
