Michał is a sim racer, MotoGymkhana rider and the creator of RaceControl, a system for sim-racing venues and events with multiple simulators.
Between 2020 and 2024, he ran SOL — Ścigałka Online League. He organised online races, developed competition formats and managed participants and results.
He was also co-owner of SimRacingDream, a venue with static and motion simulators. The centre hosted individual and group sessions, birthdays, corporate events and competitions.
Since May 2026, he has worked with SimRacingDream as CTO, focusing on simulator operations, session launches, content management and results.
MotoGymkhana demands precision and consistency. He brings the same approach to developing tools for race-session operations.
RaceControl grew out of practical experience with launching games, managing computers, preparing sessions, registering customers and collecting results.
The aim is to reduce manual work and make daily simulator operations easier to manage from one place.
A Windows computer running the Host app, a companion app on each simulator and a local network connecting them. Open the dashboard in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer on that network.
Assetto Corsa, Richard Burns Rally and rFactor 2. Features differ by game: AC and RBR offer session controls, while rFactor 2 offers self-service at the simulator, alongside results handling.
Local sessions run on your venue’s network. Internet access is needed for licence verification, updates and online services. A limited grace period allows operation during a temporary loss of connection to the licensing service.
