WHAT A FESTIVAL STAND ACTUALLY NEEDS

Four tasks at a festival stand

A busy stand needs quick registration, consistent settings and clear session limits. These features helped the operator manage the event.

Efficient registration

The kiosk uses Event mode with a simplified first-and-last-name form and the required information on screen. Registrations are associated with the event and shown in a separate driver list.

customers

The same car on each simulator

The operator selects a car and track for all five simulators, then launches them from one dashboard.

Clear session limits

Sessions have a time or lap limit. Drivers see the remaining time in an overlay above the game and an in-game indicator.

Live simulator status

The dashboard shows drivers, remaining session time and computer status. The operator can monitor the simulators from the laptop.
